Во время мероприятия по Persona 5 на Sega Festival, было объявлено, что официальный оригинальный саундтрек к игре будет выпущен в январе 2017 года.

Иллюстрация обложки выполнена Сигенори Соэдзимой.

«Persona 5 Original Soundtrack» - это 110 треков из игры, и выйдет он 17 января 2017 года по цене в 4000 йен + налог.
